The Admin / Human Resource Team:
nivio is growing quickly and will continue to expand exponentially - geographically and fiscally.
So for balance we need a structured, process-driven and systematic approach towards organization development as an essential component to building a stronger Team nivio if we are to achieve our growth targets in a competitive market. That requires highly motivated, stable and mature personnel to be part of the Admin / HR function.
What will you do (most of the time)?
You will have a multitasking profile – you will be responsible for both Admin and HR functions, “a bit of everything” is what you have on your plate. You will be offered a challenging combination of Front Desk management, Administration, HR, Internal Events, Travel, Logistics and Employee Engagement activities. Pro-activeness, adhering to deadlines and quality will be the key performance indicators for this role.
You will need to ensure:
1. Organize and Coordinate employee engagement events.
2. Decorate the office premises on festivals and special occasions.
3. Coordinate with different departments and publicize ongoing projects.
4. Keep the office environment fresh and lively.
5. Managing the Front desk, and respond to queries.
6. Ensure delightful experience for all internal and external customers.
7. Facilitate interviews, HR documentation; ensure upkeep of files and folders.
8. Maintaining and supervising attendance registers, records of incoming and outgoing couriers and bills.
9. Ensure a smile to everyone who comes up with queries.
10. Equipped with knowledge of handling operations with regards to bookings and travel requests.
11. Actively participate in formulation of various policies and manuals in guidance of the reporting manager.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Any graduate / Post Graduate degree.
2. Responsibilities will also include coordinating work/life activities, performing benefits administration, revising policies and procedures, and performing cost benefit analysis
3. Punctual and flexible with work timings.
4. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
5. Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
6. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
7. Exposure to Event Management, Visa application / documentation would be an ad on.
